We are basically cheerleaders and guides, in our office, for patients to find and achieve health and wellness for themselves and their families. Our main focus is on pregnant moms and children, but we see anyone and everyone who comes into the office. The difficulty of our job is- WHERE THE HECK DO WE START?!?! Therefore, we simply start where people are at when they come in. With everything we teach our patients and recommend, there are 3 essential things that they MUST do in order to reach their ultimate health potential. Without these, it is impossible for the body to truly ever be “healthy”.
Here is a great video by Sean Croxton about raw milk and the raids done lately…..scary really.
Ok, so this one is a long-time coming, but I gotta be real honest with you guys…..I kind of burned myself out blogging so often. So I released myself from my perfectionism and decided to type and write as I felt like it, but not feel obligated to keep up at least a post a week. Sorry for those of you who keep up regularly! So the blogs will keep coming, but the schedule may be a little erratic as I find my topics and the time to work on them.
So many of you (especially if you see me on any regular basis) know that my latest obsession has been brewing my own Kombucha. Most of the time when I say something to someone about brewing my own Kombucha, they usually look at me funny and say “What the heck is that?!?!” LOL. Most of my life is bizarre and over the top so this fits right in for me. I just seem to forget that I am far from “normal” and societal “norms” don’t really fit my personality. So add this to the list of “weirdo” things I do, but trust me, it’s worth your read on this.
Sorry for the long delay on this last post. Truthfully I kind of burned out on all the study for awhile and wanted to post a whole lot of nothing, so I took a little break. After giving the vaccine lecture at a childbirth class for one of the area birthing centers a couple nights ago, I remembered why I needed to write this post. So here it is….
So let’s pretend that the theory (not law mind you, just theory) behind germs and vaccines was a sound one. Even if the viruses that are in vaccines did not cause encephalitis and bowel inflammation, they are not the worst things in vaccines. Each vaccine has to be able to sit on a shelf for months to years if not used and still be viable when needed so in order to make that possible, vaccine manufacturers have to use many different preservatives in order to keep them from going bad. Vaccine manufacturers also have to use a certain type of tissue to culture the vaccines off of in order to use them in vaccines as well, but we’ll get to that later. Let’s talk about a couple of the preservatives found in vaccines first:
